Gravitas have been practising Architecture and Design Management on residential, commercial + retail developments throughout NZ for over 25 years. Our primary focus, passion and specialist area of expertise is Architectural design + documentation, however our offering includes undertaking a full Head Consultancy and Design Management role, taking responsibility in managing the full design & documentation solution, engaging and coordinating all sub consulting Engineers in delivering a complete project from Concept Design thru Detailed Design, Resource Consent thru Building Consent, Tendering and administering a Building Contract thru construction.
